Timer Total
Run multiple countdown timers at once, switch between a bar or circular view, and see time tracked by day, week, and month. A productivity tool built around the way people actually manage their time.
Multiple simultaneous timers — preset intervals from 1 minute to 2 hours, plus fully custom durations. Each one runs independently, with its own alert setting: repeat every 30 seconds to 3 minutes, once, or off entirely.
There are two ways to look at them — a bar view, or a circular view with a progress ring around each timer. Switching between the two never resets whatever’s currently counting down.
A break reminder tracks how long you’ve been running timers back to back, a short pause under five minutes doesn’t reset that streak, and when the limit’s reached you can pause everything at once, keeping whatever time was left, or keep going. Finished timers don’t force a decision either: leave one alone and it just waits, or turn on auto-reset and auto-restart in settings if you’d rather it clear itself or pick back up after a short idle window.
Time tracked shows as a running total for the day and the month, a bar graph of the last several weeks, and a weekly breakdown you can drill into day by day. Timer Total keeps a rolling 31-day log and exports it to CSV whenever you want a copy.
The mark is my own design too — a plus sign built out of a few overlapping bars, a small nod to what the app is actually doing under the hood: adding time up.
I built this for myself first. Sitting down to work on a computer can feel like a quick thing to do, even more so now, with AI and the illusion that everything happens faster. But time slips by quickly, and it’s easy to lose an hour on something you thought would take a few minutes. Timer Total is how I keep track of my own time across projects — and it’s free for anyone else who wants the same thing.
